| Kate Delmar-Morgan
Kate graduated with a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster, and is fully registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). Prior to her training at University she also obtained a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the Raworth International College for Natural, Nutrition and Sports Therapies where she has since returned to lecture on various topics. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, performance and prevention of disease. It is about understanding the relationship between food and health and assesses an individual’s medical condition alongside their diet and lifestyle to correct nutritional imbalances. Kate is passionate about empowering people to improve their health and learning through good nutrition and offers her patients practical and tailored advice on dietary changes, supplements and functional testing.
